Eish, Im quite tired. I need to write these a little earlier and be better planned....
I do not celebrate Valentine's. Personal reasons.... Good for my dearest one, he doesn't have the pressure... BUT if he then forgets my birthday....hehehe!!
For the few 14 years I have been married, I have learnt a thing or two about giving and receiving love. Love / Affection is best received in the language of the recipient. Even the bible asks: if your son asks for bread, will you give him a stone?
I have learnt that a gift may be good but if not appreciated by the one receiving it, it may be a waste. The one receiving will also be at pains trying to pretend they like the gift!!!
A little research wouldn't hurt much, please try and be sure before spending an arm and a leg on that huge teddy bear!!
Song of the day: ANOTIDA... God's love is perfect

Such a real and relatable post! I love the reminder that gifts should match the recipient’s love language, not just the giver’s idea. Thoughtfulness truly matters more than price. Even simple things like custom gift boxes can feel special when chosen with care and understanding. Beautiful message about meaningful giving and love.
